Product Description
Mannitol(D-Mannitol) is a type of functional sugar alcohl with excellent performance. Mannitol's molecular formula is C6H14O6 and molecular weight is 182.17. Mannitol is nonhygroscopic, odorless, white or colorless crystal powder. Mannitol can be wedely used in pharmaceutical, food, and other industries.
Sweet taste-sweet degree: 55%-65% of sucrose's.
Low calory-1.6kc/g, taking 40% of sucrose's.
Nonhyfroscopic-the only which nonhygroscopic in hexahydric sugar alchol.
