This power unit consists of three hydraulic circuits which respectively control three double action cylinders.The application of the none-loading valve function and the aluminium AC motor fosters the long operating cycle and high reliability of the power unit. As an ideal hydraulic source for the system of multi-cylinder operated separately, this series power unit is widely used in big tyre changer.

2. Special Notes

1) Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit.

2) Viscosity of the oil should be 15-68 cst.

3)This power unit should be mounted horizontally.

4)Check the oil level in the tank after the first start of the power unit.

5)Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.
