The Metallic Card Clothing
Cylinder wires are of utmost importance when processing cotton, especially when the optimum separation of neps and trash particles is concerned. The quality of a cylinder wire itself, in turn, is primarily determined by a high precision during manufacturing and the selection of optimum tooth geometries. It uses high-quality, micro-alloyed steel grades, which guarantee a long service life and high economic efficiency.

* High technology in backing-off grinding / side grinding to get smooth finish high sharpness for better carding.
