Characteristics

1.1 The machine has two main functions, surface and little side grinding, Grinding head can be changed quickly and conveniently.

1.2 There are two high precision ball guide ways imported from Germany in the machine. The ground flat has a good flatness.

1.3 The move speed of the grinding head is controlled stepless by an inverter. It is suitale for all kinds of flat.

1.4 The machine has a high efficiency. it takes only 3 hours to grind a whole set of flat.

1.5 It takes flat end of flat bar as the location datum to grind flat, this location datum coincides with the using datum, so the right intervel between flat and card clothing is assured.

1.6 An attached checkout console can be used to check the flatness of the groud flats at any time.

1.7 A dust catcher is attached to the machine so its working environment is improved
