• 1.The pillow machine is used for pillows, cushions and sofa cushions, large size plush toys etc soft stuffing productions.
• 2.The suitable material is 2 or 3 dimensional hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
• 3.Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the raw material into the opening rollers automatically which saves the labor costs
• 4.Metallic self-lock wire assembled to the rollers that increased the capacity and helps the material not to damage at all, so and lower repairing rate.
• 5.The whole set can be handled by only 3 operators with very simple operation.
