The spring tension and compression testing machine, which is made up of loading system, driving system, microcomputer control system, can test the properties(test force, displacement, deformation, stiffness) of cylindrical spiral spring and various of elastic components. The testing machine adopts full digital AC servo motor and driver. The computer equipped can display the value of test force, displacement, deformation, stiffness and also display the relative curves and then print out test results if connecting to the printer. The customer can also programme the test procedure according to the requirement.

2. Functions of the control system

1) Check the residual height (H) or deformation (F) while the test force (P) is set.

2) Check the test force (P) while the residual height(H) or deformation(F) is set.

3) Set the pre-loading times and then preload.

4) Has the functions of over load protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, etc.
