Device Introduction
It is a fixed micro-reactor evaluation device of small size, which used for thecatalyst reaction evaluation, including reactor bypass, preheated, pressure-control valve, and other technical pipeline, which in the furnace for preventing condensationof volatile products.This device is configured by accessories of high-medium pressure and selectiveitems, improving working efficiency. It includes electrical system, control system, MFM system and the steam generator, mixer and reactor which are built-in the hot box.The high-voltage reactor system includes the process of gas-liquid separation,which adopts the new device of condensation liquid level, control that nearly close tono dead volume (0.3ml). So the sample of liquid port is the mixer of reactant. Thisreactor could realize much reaction such as hydro cracking, hydro treat, isomerismreactor, hydrogenation, hydrodesulphurization, hydrogenation, dehydrogenation oxidizing reaction,polymerization and steamer forming.

- Stop valve and check valve are installed respectively with gas pipeline and liquid pipeline, good gas mixer in the gas mixture
- Gas condensation and separation thermoelectric components could be condensate by tap water circulation. Secondary condensing device is available
