The processes of YG100
designed with various protective and self-rescue measures for water, obstacles, over-current, undervoltage, connection check and etc. The crawler will go back when no signal has received
after waiting command for 30 minutes, and it also can be operated in failure mode.
Features:
1. Exposure time is continuously adjustable, and its accuracy is 1 second.
2. A Programmable Controller (PLC) is equipped in the remote control unit, which can monitor the realtime running status of creeper. Automatically check the failures during operation, and remind operators to solve them.
3. Center radiographic examination, and uniform darkening.
4. Detecting devices are employed for water, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, and ex. When necessary, the creeper could retract.
5. Exposure angle is limited by shutter.
6. Stably creeping in pipeline, and easy for turning.
