Typical Application:
Suitable for mediun and large size moulds ,injection moulds and extrusion moulds, thermo-plastic ingected dies, thermoplastic blowup dies, and plastic extrusion dies

Heat Treatment:
Forge: at 900℃-1230℃ Cool slowly and anneal immediatedly
Anneal: at 850℃-880℃ Cool slowly in furnace
Stress Relieve: at to 500℃-550℃ Cool in air
Harden: Preheat at 600℃-650℃ raise to 840℃-870℃ Cool in air, oil or into salt bath held at 180℃-220℃ and then air cool
