Structure features

Bucket type hoisting machine consists of machine tail component, middle cell body, machine head component, bucket chain components and drive device. With full closed machine shell,  there is no material leakage when equipment operates, hoisting conveying adopts casting ring chain, they are double-chain outer bucket lay-out type, the head sets with holdback, and the holdback is reliable. The feed inlet and discharge hole and hoisting height of the equipment can be flexibly designed and layed-out according to technology requirements.

The materials through the feed inlet of the equipment uniformly guide into and is installed and fixed on the hopper on hoising chain with continuous sealing operation, the materials is hoisted from machine tail feed inlet to machine head discharge hole, and it can achieve single point feed inlet, single point gravity type or mixed type unloading.

Hoisting conveying chain adopts heavy hammer lever type automatic tensioning device, it keeps hoisting chain always in suitable tensioning statement during operation, and makes the equipment in excellent operation statement.
