CH60 type horizontal hydraulic straightening machine used for correction of h-beam flange. H-beam finished four weld after welding process, the welding stress under the action of h-beam wing will form, must be correct to use. 3, the structure and composition

This machine is composed of three most is divided into:

1, before and after the roller: total length of 16000 mm, width 3000 mm, the main function of the roller table is a correction to the workpiece before and after delivery to correct the host and the output.

2, host: width 2000 mm, 2800 mm high, the host by the left and right two independent flange straightening unit, the main functions of the host is also correct h-beam two flanks.

4 structure and composition
