Power system
Diesel power of Germany Deutz,Weichai and Volve with high reliability and strong horse-power to make sure the machine work in various conditions.Two kinds of throttles:Manual and automatic.A few seconds after the auto-pumping stops,the diesel engine will turn into standby to save fuel.
Electronic control system
1.Adopting Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) sharply decreases the number of components and simplifies wiring circles,to ensure more stable performance.In combination with PLC,a visual display can indicate the status of inputs and outputs,which leads to an easier troubleshooting.
2.90% of the electrical components come from the world-class brands such as OMRON,to guarantee reliability of the system.
3.Comes with wired and wireless remote control device,you can operate this pump conveniently.
4.Using approach switch to commutate without contact can ensure high reliability.
Hydraulic system
1.Adopts double pump and double circuit,main pumping circuit and S Valve commutating circuit can work separately.It simplifies the system and results in a long service lifetime,high reliability and easier troubleshooting.
2.The commutating circuit is oiled by the constant pressure pump,with the advantage of commutation powerful and engine-saving. Adopting taper sealing makes sure the oil circuit can be sealed very well.
3.Using high and low pressure switch valve, to avoid the disassembling tubing.
4.Hydraulic system adopts advanced integrated electro-hydraulic control mode studied by our researchers which makes the commutating more steady and reliable,hydraulic impact smaller,and hydraulic components’ lifetime longer.
Mechanical and Agitating System
1.The wearing parts,such as the eyeglasses plate and cutting ring,have a long service life under favorable condition.
