Hydraulic system
1.Open system with double pumps and double circuits,reliable and practical,easily maintained.Because of Using variable plunger pump makes the output can be adjusted automatically according to the pumping pressure, and then play to the efficiency of main motor to maximum.
2.Adopting the technology of commutating buffering,which makes the hydraulic system combine the advantages of open and closed system in one,thereby extends the life of hydraulic components, pipes, pipe fittings.
Electronic Control System
1.Comes with a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),which not only greatly reduces components but also simplifies wiring circuit,ensures a higher reliability.
2.Using electromagnetic anti-jamming technology makes this system more stable.
3.Control system adopts the wired remote control function.You can operate this machine by panel or remote control handle.
New Pumping and Distributing system
1.The valve housing and hopper with large dip angle can effectively improve the efficiency of suction and have the advantage of wall smooth,no steps,no accumulation of materials and easy cleaned.
2.S tube adopts unique streamline design, and the concrete can flow smoothly in the pipes,not easy to be blocked.
3.Comes with clearance self-compensation structure,the gaps between wear plate and cutting ring can be compensated by the force of rubber spring and then reduce wear.
Lubrication system
1.With the help of electric lubricating system,every key point of the pump can be lubricated adequately,meanwhile,because of the Intermittent oil feeding function, we can control the usage of the grease,thereby reducing the cost.
2.The pump adopts new oil distributor whose oil mouth can supply oil separately.One oil mouth blocked won’t affect others’ usage.
3.Mandatory filter,users don’t need to filter grease by themselves.
4.Transparent oil barrels,you can see the barrel storage conditions clearly.
