PF impact crusher is mainly made of chassis, rotor, impact rack and motor, etc. The rotor has a greater rotational inertia with low power consumption. It uses high chrome blow bar (Mn13, Cr2) which is shock resistance and wear resistance. >WORK PRINCIPLE AND SPECIFICATION

Principle:

The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the material will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed, then discharge from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor rack, we can change the finished material size and their shape.coal mining crusher price

A: According to clients request, Tarzan machinery can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus US$70 per day per one to be met by the client.

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down 
A: The warranty period for all of Tarzan’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
