Properties: Resveratrol ( pure ) is  odorless , white crystalline ( methanol ) , the different content appears from brown to gray white powder ; Poorly soluble in water , soluble in ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents. Melting point 253-255 centigrade degree, 261 centigrade degree is sublimation point.
