Processes: gravity casting (permanent mold casting) will be more suitable to make this product than sand casting as it will have much better surface finish. also we make cores with finer sand so that the parts have very good internal surfaces finish to make parts have excellent performance while using. And heat treating, shot blasting, and CNC machining processes should be taken to have a final product. If any porosity problem occurs after final leaking test, then impregnating will be an option to solve it. To those customers who need different appearance, powder coating or anodizing in clear is s ested to take.
