Processes: to those performance auto parts, sand casting process is not s ested, gravity casting (permanent mold casting) will be more suitable than sand casting as it will have much better surface finish and physical properties. Heat treating, shot blasting, and precision CNC machining processes should be taken after that to have a final product. If any porosity problem occurrs after final leaking test, then impregnating will be a good option to solve it.
