HAA Hardener KC552

HAA Hardener KC552 is a tetra-functional group containing-β-hydroxyalkylamide. As a substitute of TGIC, it is suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resin to provide TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings.

2.Characteristics

-Non-toxic in comparison with TGIC, the resulting TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings were non-toxic, non-irritant to skin and safety to human body.

-Proved weather-resistance and low temperature curing (150°C) property.

-Exhibited enhanced charging properties so better powder transfer efficiency could be obtained.

-Excellent flow and mechanical properties

Recommended to design formulation by weight parts of 95/5(resin with KC1552) for pure polyester

Store it in the cool and dry place and close packages after use to avoid moisture
