Leveling Agent KC758

KC758 is a flow and leveling agent in powder coating and injection molding systems. And it is easily incorporated into powder coating formulations by the standard dry blending operation (by using the high speed mixer). It has a good leveling property as a low surface tension.

3.Recommended usage level

The recommended addition level is from 0.5% to 0.2% based on total formulation weight. Performance depends on specific formulation and testing is needed for optimal results.

The product is packed in polyethylene-lined composite kraft bag, the net weight is 25 kgs per bag.

5.Storage and handling

Store it in the cool and dry place and close packages after use to avoid moisture

6.Shelf life

At least 1 year when properly stored
