Double-shaft mixer is using the synchronous rotating of two symmetrical spiral axis, water is added to mix when feed dry ash or other powdery material, and make sure dry ash powder material is humidifying evenly without raising dust and water percolation. So it’s convenient to load or transfer to other equipment, it’s widely used in thermal power plants, mining and other fly ash industries that need to be humidified before loading. SJ Double Shaft Mixer is mainly used in brick or tile plant to process materials in production line. This kind of device is applicable to add water and mix with the crushed raw material, and then make the raw material fully mixing, slaking and the moisture content uniformly, so comprehensive performance of raw material is improved. This machine makes the raw material and water stirred thoroughly, mixed evenly，homogenizing, it is an essential equipment to process raw materials in producing brick and tile． The machine has the dual role of uniform mixing and extrusion pug, a cutting device is set in the front of extrusion pug, multi-materials is acceptable for mixing, homogenizing to improve material plasticity and formability. The stirring axle has been heat treated and the main vulnerable parts adopts wear resistant alloy material which is durable in low cost. 

Features: 

Double-shaft mixer consists of casing , spiral shaft assembly, driving gear, plumbing, cover plate, chain cover and so on.

1. The machine casing is mainly composed of sheet metal and steel by welding, and assembled with other parts, it’s the support of double-shaft mixer;

2. Spiral shaft assembly is the main part of double-shaft mixer, it consist of left-right rotation spiral shaft, bearing block, bearing holder, bearing cover, gear, sprocket wheel, oil cup, blade and so on;left-right rotation spiral shaft has high requirement on the precision of manufacturing, good performance in technology, and it has strick requirement to match with bearing block, bearing holder and bearing cover. Module of gear is 8, number of teeth is 60, tooth profile angle is 20°;Pitch of sprocket wheel is 50.8, number of teeth is 25, tooth profile is GB1224-85. Both gear and sprocket wheel has shield to sure running safety and effectively. Oil cup is press-on type for easy oiling effectively. The blade adopts wear-resistant composite ceramics and not easy to stick dust, and the structure is reasonable and simple, it’s easy to change with long working life.

3. Plumbing of adding water for humidifying consists of tube, joints and spray head. Spray head adopts stainless steel atomizing cone which fixed on the above in interior of casing, and ranking along with the shaft’s direction of spiral shaft to forming nappe which is good for Wetting and stirring. The structure of spray head is simple, it’s easy to change, stainless steel, antiseptic and durable. By adjusting manual control valve on Water supply pipeline to control the moisture content of wet ash;

4. Cover plate mainly includes left cover, middle cover, right cover, hole cover and overhaul cover etc. Both sides of double-shaft mixer has set up 6 overhaul hole in order to regular repair and maintenance conveniently. Double-shaft mixer is to use pneumatic energy transporting terminal.
