Knitting function:These series are used digital technology to achieve the patterns of transfer ,tuck,pointel,intarsia,jacquard .apparent shape,hidden shape and other regular pattern knitting functions,can knit basic single or double jersey plain fabric,irregular multi-colors jacquard ,intarsia,cable and pointel structure patterns.

Knitting speed:Controlled by AC servo motor,24 sections speed optional max1.4M/S,varies according to  gauge and knitting condition.the servo motor use the precise back award control with the high speed operation ability of digital processor (DSP), which control IGBT to produce the accurate output of electric current.

Racking:Controlled by servo motor,racking with 2inches and with fine adjusting function.

Probe alarm system:The probe alarm device has the function of swing alarming (swing up-downwards/left-rightwards),Thus needle collision and drop stitch can be avoided.

Encoder:Advanced encoder adopted

Transfer function:Combined cam box single or double system can work independently and one system can transfer the stitch while the other system keeps knitting.

Stitch system:Controlled by stepping motor, 24 section stitch selectable, adjustable scope supported by subdivision technology: 0-650,the stitch of the knitwear can be accurately controlled. 

Sinker system:Controlled by step motor, adjustable to different knitwear,have various results of shaping and patterns.  

Comb device:Able to grip or knock over the yarn reliably.

Scissors and nips:Including 4 clips and 2 cutters,this individually controlled by 6 motors separately.the procedure order may proceed by simultaneous or separately further to increase the work efficiency and to reduce yarn consume.

Cloth system:Programmed instruction controlled by stepping motor,32 levels selection adjustable area:0-100.

Color change:Able to control 4*2 groups yarn feeders and to replace/exchange yarn feeders at whatever position.

Protection System:Automatically shut down the working procedure and give off alarming in case of yarn-breakage, joints, knotting,floats, reverse taking up,end of the set number of pieces,moving bed failure,etc.Pattern types can be saved on unexpected power-off,so as the knitting can be continued when the machine is started again.Possible to set password protection according to user’s requirement.

Controlling system:1. Screen display adopt LCD industrial displayer and touch figure interface, compatible to different language and garphical interface,USB EMS memory of 64M,the latest system has memory of 1G.Possible to store a great number of pattern files,which can be fetched out for use at any time as per production. 2.Monitoring function:To show various working parameters,which can be adjusted when the machine is running,thus the operation becomes very convenient.
