1. Best cam, best needle bed, best magnet. Even the material cost has soared up, but with good management can cut other cost compared to Cixing. So it is possible to make good quality similar to Cixing with much lower cost to win market.

2. With these good spare parts all together, the roller pulling strength will be more stable and stronger. Also the phenomenon of yarn carrier improper leaving as other suppliers had will not happen on our machine

1. Compared with other supplier, you will find our packing is top. Solid wood case with water-proof blue bag, inner 2 layers of plastic film to make the whole machine wrapped.

improvements 

1.We add cable channel to protect the machine head line, this is our patent

2.We add fan on machine head, and company OEM cabinet for the whole electricity system to protect operator, but with much lower cost

3. Add chain for the comb device plate to avoid noise when open. This is only we are doing in china

4 Add speed slower mechanism in protective cover to avoid noise and plate damage when worker push with big strength.

machine maintenances cost

1. At the beginning, the affect of good spare parts will not so obvious, but one year later. Especially when the warranty period expired. Our machine will work same as before, but others you may need costs to change spare parts more often. 

2. for example, our machine in south china. 3 month just change a spring. Then the time for machine after service can be saved to make products.
