The ceramic-lined pipeline produced by zhangjiakou xuanhua XinDi high-voltage insulator&electrical equipment. Ltd. Co was divided into straight pipe and elbow pipe, which both are constitued by outter steel and ceramic-lined. The binding hard between the outter steel and ceramic-lined keep it from failing apart.

The ceramic was fired by 1320º C and internal form corundum and mullite. There are good property as following:
1. The inner surface of glazed abrasion material is smooth to lessen transporting resistance and save electricity.
2. The ceramic abrasive material is less infulence by acid-base corrosion which can be negligibly small. The acid resistance is more than 98.9%.
3. The density of ceramic abrasive material is 2.65 g/cm3, the grade of Moh's hardness is eight. Stronger tear resistance and longer service life. And it can cut production lost which due to change pipe.
The types of ceramic-lined pipeline produced by our company has straight pipe with different length and diameter and elbow pipe with different angel. There are two kinds material that are, plain and galzed material. Also we can produce as per customer requirement.
