Features of D series Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer

1. The main body is welded for both sides with the jacket strengthened by stands. The chamber is automatically welded by plasma welding machine and polished mechanically and electrochemically, bright and clean, erosion-resistant.

2. The sealing door is driven up and down electrically, sealed by compressed air, and equipped with security interlock device, which is safe, reliable, and easy to operate.

3. The vacuum condition is achieved by mechanically compulsive pulse with filling steam many times to ensure air exhaustion above 99%, which achieves thorough sterilization and high drying efficiency.

4. Process is controlled by microcomputer to run automatically, reliable and powerful.

Ⅰ.DW Series Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer

1. Chamber and door plate is made of 304 stainless steel, and jacket is made of high quality steel special for vessels.

2. Pipeline adopts 304 stainless steel, welded by automatic welding machine.

3. Loading cart/basket is made of 304 stainless steel, and transfer trolley is made of high quality stainless steel, which is easy and convenient to operate.

4. Steam is supplied to chamber and jacket by one pipeline.

5. It is optional that steam is fed to chamber and jacket by two pipelines.

6. Domestic recorder can be adopted as option.

 

Ⅱ.DT Series Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer

1. The components directly contact with drug are all made of 316L stainless steel, including chamber, door plate, pipelines and loading cart, etc. which meets sanitary requirements.

2. Steam is fed to chamber and jacket by two pipelines: pure steam enters chamber for sterilization, industrial steam enter jacket to heat and insulate.

3. Connection in chamber is of tri-clamp type, and chamber rail is dismountable, which ensure cleanness and no dead leg of chamber.

4. Front and back doors are sealed independently, which ensures effective barrier of products before and after sterilization.

5. SIP is adopted as an option.

6. Domestic or Japanese Yokogawa recorder can be adopted as an option.
