Introduction of SHINVA Freeze Dryer

The Lyomaster series freeze dryers of SHINVA are designed on the basis of mature technology and manufactured in perfect process, which is completely complied with cGMP standard. The design proposal can be chosen from standard options by users. Our freeze dryers are designed on the basis of standard module, so it can shorten the time of manufacture and ensure the performance and reliability.

The control system of Lyocontroller is specially designed for freeze drying system, which is stable and reliable, and completely meets the FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Characteristics

SHINVA’s unique patent technology can conquer the disadvantages of traditional fabrication method (plug welding, internal welding), such as non-uniform thermal conductivity, yielding and leaky welding spots. It can also conquer the disadvantage of thermal fatique tolerance.

 

Chamber

1. In order to clean the chamber conveniently and leave no stain after washing, the chamber is designed that the internal surface is mirror polished and its corner is big radius.
2. The bottom of the chamber is designed to big dip angle, so it will help draining in CIP and SIP.
3. It makes chamber’s structure optimized and reasonable to use FEM to calculate the chamber strength.

 

Door

1. The door is sealed with N-form anti-water gasket to prevent the water and dirt from accumulating.
2. The rotation locking system is simple and reliable, which is controlled effectively and safely by four controlling points.
3. The opening and closing of the door is convenient and nimble because of the new type of door hinge.

 

Condenser/Isolation valve

1. The design of the condenser optimizes the layout of the water vapor channel and condenser coils. It reduces the resistance of molecules motion and makes its motion smoother.
2. The mushroom valve serves as isolation valve, who has a lot of advantages, such as resisting high temperature, easily cleaning, well sealing, stable running.

 

Freezing System

1. Components of world top brand are adopted in freezing system.
2. Refrigerant throttle is controlled by electronic expansion valve, whose opening is controlled by PID to maintain the system temperature stability.
3. The piping of freezing system is designed advanced and installed accurately, which can ensure that the machine runs steadily and efficiently and easy for maintenance.

 

Vacuum System

1. Vacuum system sonsists of vacuum pumps and roots pump which are original package and top brand in the world.
2. The MKS vacuum probe which is used in the field of space industry serves as measuring the vacuum.

 

Circulation System

1. Double canned shield pumps serve as the driving force of circulation system. One of them is back-up pump and both of them start in turn.
2. High efficiency stainless steel plate heating exchangers are used for capacity of refrigeration exchanging.
3. Controlling with PID loop ensures that the deviation of shelves temperature uniformity is less than ±1 ℃

 

CIP/SIP/Hydraulic system

1. CIP runs automatically or manually, but SIP runs automatically only.
2. Filter can be sterilized and have integrity test online.
3. Stainless bellows which can prevent the drug from pollution with a small quantity of hydraulic oil are installed on the hydraulic rod, and the bellow integrity test in done.
