CAT-603 is a novel printing thickener for reactive dyes printing. It can be used for a wide variety of printing fabrics like pure cotton, polyester, viscose and synthetic fiber. The printing performance of CAT-603 can be comparable with sodium alginate (high-and-medium viscosity) with respect to leveling property, color yield, penetration, handing and contour sharpness. CAT-603 is the ideal printing thickener to replace sodium alginate. It is highly cost-effective, but also easy to make paste by using CAT-603.

Usage:

Stock preparation:

Put CAT-603 into cold water with particular ratio, stir uniformly for 0.5-1 hour before using.

Reactive Dye 20-40g, Urea 100g, Salt S 10g

Sodium Bi Carbonate (NaHCO3)20g
