Mica electric heater uses high quality nichrome wire which twists on natural mica insulation layer , the heating layer is stainless steel sheet or iron sheet or copper sheet. We can produce  various shapes of heating ring and heating plate according to customers requirements. The normal surface load  can each  2.5-3w/cm2.

Instructions for use:

1 Operation voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated working voltage ;

2 The wire position should be between heating layer and insulation layer, the outer shell should be effectively grounded;

3 Components should be put in dry place, if the long-term placement, insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω, you can bake it for 5-6 hours in 200 ℃ oven , then it can return to normal.
