Appearance: yellow& gray granules or powder 

Solubility:It is easily soluble in water (10% in warm water), but almost insoluble in ethanol.

Character:High bioavailability, good solubility, slight iron smell and no astringency flavor.

Application:As iron nutrition enhancer, it is widely used in cereal products, dairy products, infant food, beverage, health food, etc. It also could be coloring agent. When used for black olives, it can keep its color and texture in canning.

Storage:Preserve in well-closed containers and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, to prevent the heat or sun exposure. Prohibited mixed with hazardous and toxic materials during store and transportation.
