ANTIBLOCKING MASTERBATCH 

AB PE 50N 

 

 

AB PE 50N is a masterbatch containing 50 % natural Silica in a LDPE carrier. It is used to prevent blocking of PE films during wind-up and to allow easy opening of PE bags and sachets.

USAGE

AB PE 50N can be used in both Cast or Blown film processes. 
The type of Silica  used  gives excellent  surface  friction  to  LDPE  & LLDPE transparency.

AB PE50N is compatible with other polyolefines.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION RATES

details given by supplier films  without adversely effecting the film 

Silica antiblock agents are used in polyethylene film from 0.2 to 1 %. In this case, use concentrations of AB PE 50N are between 0.4 and 2%. 

FOOD CONTACT STATUS 

AB PE 50N is suitable for food contact applications. 

PACKAGING 

Product is packed in 25 kg PE bags on   shrink-wrapped pallets of 1375 kg. 

When stored in a cool and dry place in   original bags, Antiblock Masterbatches have a shelf life of two years
