• What is the liquid nitrogen freezer? 

Liquid nitrogen freezer is using the liquid nitrogen as the freezing medium, the lowest temperature can reach at -196℃. You can adjust the temperature at -150℃,-120℃,-80℃,-40℃and so on. 

Our freezer is using a specializing technology to change the LN2 as nitrogen, and the nitrogen touch the product directly, so it make the cabinet temperature is uniform, and save much liquid nitrogen. 

The nitrogen is the most part of air, it is about 78.12%, the nitrogen is inert gas, it is not easy to burn, not easy to explode, it is a very suitable for food Freeze preservative.

 1). old ordinary freezing method of frozen time is long, the ice particles is large, can damage the cell deformation , and liquid nitrogen freeze time is short, quick freezing resistance, can completely avoid this, the formation of ice crystals is very small, so can keep the original freshness, color, flavor and nutritional value, and in the process of low temperature storage ,not blasting non-combustible not rot, can be stored for a long time;
