PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Heat pipe solar vacuum tubes are a perfect combination of vacuum tube and heat pipe. Solar Evacuated Tube consists of the inner and outer tubes, which are cut and coated on the condition of high temperature. The inner tube is coated in the three target magnetron sputtering plating equipments which is the newest three target technology and intorduced from German. Using the coating material of argon and nitrogen aims at becoming three membranes Cu-SS-ALN. Then, melting the inner and outer tube together and evacuating empty in the vacuum machine. Evacuated tube is the core of solar water heaters.  Its performance lies on the coating technology, The three-target evacuated tube rises the heat more than 12%.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The heat pipe used in solar collectors comprises two opper components, the shaft and the condenser. Prior to evacuation, the condenser is brazed to the shaft. Note that the condenser has a much larger diameter than the shaft, this is to provide a large surface area over which heat transfer to the heater can occur. The copper used is oxygen free copper, thus ensuring excellent life span and performance. Each heat pipe is tested for heat transfer performance and exposed to 250°C(482°F) temperatures prior to being approved for use. For this reason the copper heat pipes are relatively soft. Heat pipes that are very stiff have not been exposed to such stringent quality testing, and may form an air pocket in the top over time, thus greatly reducing heat transfer performance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

1.The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminum fins.

2.The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser.

3.The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe.

4.The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) with a copper pipe.

5.This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.
