Construction Composition: It consists of two feeding rollers, leveling rollers, and upper and lower supporting rollers, driving device and body bearing frame etc. All frames are components with welded construction, so it‘s of good rigidity and high strength. The structure of leveler is quadruplicated, supporting rollers are two ply. The upper work-roller and the beam are forming the overall structure. The gap with upper and lower work-roller is adjusted by motor through the worm mechanism; two lateral slide rail equipped with scale indicator it can process plates with different thicknesses conveniently.  The main power is driven by DC motor. It transmits from brake, reducer, gear distribution box to universal coupling and makes all rollers be with power. It‘s under the variable speed control. All supporting rollers adopt rolling bearing and grease lubrication.
