Technical specification: the upper and lower spindles are bearing on the movable and fixed bearing. The upper and lower spindles are all in active rotation, drive by DC motor, reducer, gear boxes and universal coupling distribution. Adjust the overlapping of upper and lower blades synchronous by electric. Spindle bearing is welded element, one side can move, the other side fixed. The movable bearing pulled by oil cylinder when change tools, spindle cantilever bearing at the fixed bearing. Power part consists of DC motor, reducer, distributor, and universal coupling.

4. The technical details:

◇the main body and base are welded by steel plate, annealing and shot peening treatment, machining by NC machining center.

◇spindle process: forging→ rough machining→ modulation heat treatment→ finish machining→ grinding; Material: 42CrMo.

5. Lubrication: manual grease gun.
