Spiral Wound Gasket
Spiral Wound Gasket produced by pre-loaded profiled corrugated metal strip and non-metallic strip with alternating overlapping. According to requirements of work circumstances, this kind of gaskets can add the reinforced rings. Because of it has multi-sealing, it has specific advantages of high-temperature and corrosion resistance, it also can play best sealing role although with roughness sealing surface of flange.

Spiral Wound Gasket is widely used in the areas of Nuclear Plants, Aviation, Petrochemical, Valves and so on.

5. It won't be softening under the condition with high temperature; It won't be harden shrink under the condition with low temperature.

TSA Style Basic construction type

It consists of metal strip and filling materials, Suitable for tongue and groove, male and female or flat face and recess flanges

TSB Style With inner ring type

It fitted with the metal inner ring on the basis of basic construction type to become the block of pressure; Meanwhile, it fills the blank of side of flange and the gap of inside sealing side. This design can protect accumulate the solid, reduce the impact of liquid, minimize the erosion of sealing surface. They are suitable for using on male and female flanges.

TSC Style With outer ring type

It fitted the outer ring, which enables the gaskets in the middle of flange, to provide additional resistance to prevent gaskets burst.

TSD Style With inner and outer ring type

It fitted with inner ring on the basis of with outer ring type as the internal compression point, at the same time, it becomes resistance of heat and corrosion to protect the sealing surface of gaskets and prevent the flange from corrosion. This type of gasket is applied to flat and raised face flange; Especially suitable for use under the condition with high temperature.
