Introduction:
TS N821 Low Emission Valve Stem Packing is researched and developed by TIANSHENG that it
adopted special structure which make the Low Emission Valve Stem Packing plays the excellent
function of anti-leakage; especially it plays optimal sealing function under the pressure of 150LBS to
300LBS. It is composed of high purity flexible graphite; the purity of flexible graphite is above of
99.6%. There are two end rings on the top and bottom; the number of middle rings is according to
customer requirements.
Application: It applies to the gate valve, isolating valve, regulating valves, and stop valves.
Outstanding Property:
 There is no leakage after 3000 times of movements of valve stem;
 Leakage rate is below 1.0 x 10 -8 (Helium gas);
 With low bolt torque;
 Low stress release;
 The pressure can be reach 42.0Mpa;
