• Main Engine Control System: Adopt the Japan Panasonic touch screen as human-machine interface. The procedure control system of the whole machine is PLC of the same brand which is in charge of reading data, dealing with control signals to ensure the validity of order of execution of the machine.

• Stay Wire System: Adopt the stepping motor control stay wire guide rail of Japan Tama. The speed of stay wire is adjustable while the length is precise.

• Welding System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer control system. When the voltage fluctuation occurs, the welding current will compensate automatically to ensure the stability of welding performance.

• Parting Tool System: Adopt the blade of parting tool from Japan and the structure is chosen as pneumatic direct-acting mode of operation.

• Function of length design: as long as inputting the length of connecting line that you need to the relevant menus, then the desirable length of connecting line will be obtained.

• Function of Estimated Value: as long as inputting the amount of connecting line that you need to the relevant menus, then when the welding production amount reaches the given value, the machine will stop working.

• Function of Alarm: When the materials are used up, or when the stay wire clamp does not reach the starting point, there will be alarm displaying so as to ensure the convenience of operation and the precision of length.

• Function of Password: Only when inputting the correct password to enter into data modifying procedure could the preset data being modified in order to ensure the security of production.

• Welding of braid wire of electrical parts like distribution switch, disconnector, etc. Be able to weld and cut 1 to 25 mm2 of singlet wire, double wire, and three-wire in one of annealed copper wire.
• The cutting length could be adjusted freely and the cross-section of connecting wire could be designed as different shapes like semi-circle, square, and hexagon, etc.
