1. Structure aspect
● Volume and weight   WSME series welding machine adopts the digital micro-processing technology combining with the high frequency converting technology, and decreases 20% electronic components.
● Fault self-diagnosis function  The welding machine can detect all the unmoral conditions of welding machine, such as the circuit voltage status of main engine connection automatically (open-phase, fluctuation),damaged part of the inner components of welding machine, and etc., which has a great significance for protecting the welding machine and timely deb ing (the welding machine has no fuse wire).
● Techniques in the setting function  Air supply in advance, rise time of striking current, constant current control, decay time of current, arc stopping current, gas delay, base current, peak current, duty cycle and pulse frequency are adjustable. Hua’ao welding machine doesn’t set up the corresponding button on the panel to influence the visual sense of operators, and it is set in the inner module of welding machine and can be moved out to adjust just like moving out from a computer.       
● Low –power and high-performance   The efficiency reaches 79% and the power factor reaches 0.95, which saves energy by more than 40% than general welding machine.

● The panel adopts intelligent design  Air supply in advance, rise time of striking current, constant current control, decay time of current, arc stopping current, gas delay, base current, peak current, duty cycle，pulse frequency ac current, ac frequency, cleaning proportion and ac bias proportion can be realized by two buttons the function option and parameter option, which is convenient for operation of the welding workers and does not influence the visual perception of operators to reduce misoperation.
