This series pressure switch is a mechanical pressure switch when the fluid pressure acts on the sense of components, make it deformed and move up through the railings, spring and other mechanical structures. Finally start the top microswitch and output the electrical signals.

This series pressure switch adopts the all stainless steel pressure diaphragm internally. It is characterized by ease to use, stable and long mechanical life. User can set the control point with the accessory tool or ask us to pre-install the pressure control point before delivery.

This series pressure switch can be used widely, especially suits the complete set of automation equipment, mining machinery and pressure control and protect of other applied machinery.

Adjust the alarm pressure

First step: Use a screwdriver to remove the protective nut and remove the protective cover. （ During the installation, not to twist the Horsman connector or explosion proof junction boxes, otherwise it can cause circuit breaker. )

Second step: Adjust the Alarm pressure value by a standard hex wrench, clockwise twist to increase the pressure, anticlockwise twist to decrease the pressure.

u The setting method of a pressure switch with the proof junction box is basically same as the above steps.

Because of the structural constraints of some explosion-proof pressure switch, the customer can not adjust it to set pressure by himself. It must be assisted by the manufacturer.

Attention

• Don’t apply the pressure which exceeds the rated load.
• Don’t connect the current and the voltage which exceed the rated load.
• Don’t measure the medium which is corrosive to stainless steel or copper.
• Don’t connect the wire with power or adjust the pressure set point.
• A strong impact may affect the setting, or even damage the product.
• Finish the connection of the explosion-proof products, the product must be installed connector housing and protective cover.
