Set the alarm point

(1) short press the ON / OFF button, close the operation.

(2) Setting the lower and higher limit: short press the setting button, 

enter into the lower limit setting mode (the indicator light of lower limit 

should be on), through (▲)(▼) to set the figure. After finish the lower 

limit setting, than short press the setting button, enter into the higher 

limit setting mode, the setting method is the same above.

(3) After finish setting, press the setting button to save and quit. (After 

the setting of the parameter, if the setting button is not be pressed, it 

can be saved automatically in five seconds.)

(4) Press the ON / OFF button (the indicator light of operation should 

be on), the machine starts to work.

*The lower limited alarm value should be less than the higher limited 

alarm value.

Unit changing

Close the ON / OFF button, short press (▲) to change the unit among 

Mpa、Kg/cm² and PSI. After finish setting, it can be saved in two 

seconds automatically.

Clear function

Close the ON / OFF button, long press (▼). It can clear the current 

figure and correct the zero error in five seconds.

*When using this function, the pipeline should has no pressure. 

Otherwise it cannot be cleared.

Power indicator light

It is normally on when it is power on.

The indicator light of the higher limit

1.When the pressure is more than the higher limited value, the indicator is normally on.

2.When the higher limited alarm value is setting, the indicator is normally on.

The indicator light of the lower limit

1.When the pressure is less than the lower limited value, the indicator is normally on.

2.When the lower limited alarm value is setting, the indicator is normally on.

The indicator light of the unit

When it is on, it means the current pressure is that unit.

H001 / H000

Control delay

H001: When the pressure reaches the operating point, the controller does not immediately action, delayed action, delay action time can be set.

Setting control delay can protect the frequent operation of the machine because of the instability of the pressure in the pipeline.

Press the button, change H001 to H000, 0010 on the screen means ten seconds. Through (▲)(▼) to change this figure, unit is second, press the set button to save and quit.

P001 / P000

Parameter 

protection

Function is ON: press any button except the ON / OFF button, “----” will displayed on the screen. At that time, it need to enter the password to set the higher and lower limit and other parameters.

The higher limit and lower limit which are set by the protection engineer cannot be corrected.

When “----” is displayed, through (▲) to enter password. The set button change, enter the password of “1111”, than press the set button shorter, the parameter can be set.

t001 / t000

Reverse 

control

Function is ON: when the pressure is less than the lower limit, it is normally open; when the pressure is more than the higher limit, it is normally close.

It achieves the reverse control function.

Through  (▲)  or d(▼)  to open or close the function.

S001 / S000

Auto-Sensing

Function is ON: After the relay is closed, the controller cannot detect the pressure in three minutes. It will disconnect the relay, and the “E--1” will displayed on the screen.

Avoiding the motor idling which is lead by the pressure cannot reach the higher limited value because of the water drained, pipeline leak pressure and others.

When the function code is displayed, through (▲) or (▼)  to open or close the function.

F001 / F000

Lack water 

protection

When the pressure drops below the set value of water protection, it will think there is no water inside the tubes, and it will turn off the motor, “E - F” will be displayed.

Avoiding the motor idling which is lead by the pressure cannot reach the higher limited value because of the water drained, pipeline leak pressure and others.

After changing F001 to F000, when the screen flicker and display the value of lack water protection. Through  (▲)(▼)  to change this value.
