Generally, earth pressure balance shield machine is applicable to the plastic flow viscous soil of small internal friction angle and low permeability coefficient. In the sand and gravel layer, for the particle size larger layer, friction and permeability of soil are high, fluidity of cutting soil is poor, therefore, it can't transfer pressure well. Excavation face stability is difficult to maintain in this soil layer. In order to solve the plastic flow of sandy soil, change soil composition, ensure the liquidity of soil, reduce the water permeability of soil and maintain the stability of the excavation face, our company draw lessons from international advanced experience and develop this foam agent: BYFPM-011, that has:

1.Suitable for any soil, sand and gravel layer. 
2.The effective transmission of pressure, making soil homogenization. 
3.Reducing the friction of the cutter and the soil, reducing torque. 
4.Good lubrication, doing mud and sand transport a favor.

The using concentration of this product in water is 2％~5％, the expansivity of 1 liter of BYFPM-010 is 25-30, therefore, it can produce about 1000 liters of foam.

This product is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, biodegradable, when accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinsing eyes with a large amount of water.

Packaging, transportation and storage life：

1. Packaging: packed by 200L/barrel or 1T/barrel of plastic bucket.

2. Transportation: transported according to the general chemical goods method, belonging to no dangerous goods, keeping the packaging intact.

3. Storage life: stored in a cool and dry place for 12 months since the date of production.
