This product is specially used for the emergency sealing of the shield tail of tunnel excavator.

This product is refined to become the special shield emergency seal grease by using the excellent performances base oil and thickening agents, as well as adding the varieties of functional additives. This product with good adhesion, structural stability, good pumpability is applied to the shield tail emergency sealing of the shield machine. Such as the sand layer, the up soft and down hard layer, the rich water layer, the serious shield tail water leakage slurry leakage, this product can replace the ordinary type of shield tail seal grease to immediately seal grouting. In addition, this product can be used together with the BYFYZ-001 shield tail seal grease without the adverse reaction.

Packaging, transportation and storage life：

1. Packaging: packed by 250kg/barrel or 25kg/barrel of metal bucket.

2. Transportation: transported according to the general chemical goods method, belonging to no dangerous goods, avoiding rain, exposure and extrusion, preventing the fall and collision, keeping the packaging intact.

3. Storage life: stored in a cool and dry place for 12 months since the date of production.
