FILING REQUIREMENTS
Filing requirements are:
1. Full name(s) and address(es) of applicant(s)
2. Business license with seal (or signature) in the blank of place - PDF version
3. Llist of goods or services (10pcs)
*** The license need translation into chinese and saved to another document ***

TIME FRAME
In straightforward case, i.e., no objection from the Registry and no opposition by third party, it will
take 12 to 18 months from filing to getting Certificate of Registration.

RENEWAL
A trade mark registration is valid for 10 years , and is renewable every 10 years.
