Continuous Pusher Type Furnace Production Line

Brief

Pusher type furnacemainly rely on the pusher to carry the workpieces that placed on the pathway into or out of the furnace chamber periodicallyfor quenching, tempering, annealing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment. The workpiece will be kept in relative rest status at a certain time when heated, then tray automatically tilt andwill be poured into quenching medium automatically when taken out for quenching, or the plate and workpiece will be pushed into quenching medium for cooling. This furnace has good adaptability to different heat treatment process, convenience to form the production line,mainly used for rolling and forging, such as Such as cars,tractors, construction machinery, petroleum machinery gears, gear shafts, bearings, drills and other mechanical partsheat treatment. According to user needs to ventilate the nitrogen or protective air, no oxidation heating. Electric or gas can be choosed as heating source. Moreover, the special heat treatment process can be designed according to user’s production need.

Struture

This production line mainly consist of pusher type quenching furnace, quenching automatic discharging device, workpiece tray fast return device, quenching tank, lifting device, oxide skin cleaning device, quenching liquidcooling system, pusher type tempering furnace, cooling room,  automatic tempering charging basket, tempering charging basket fast return device,hydraulic system, PLC control system of temperature and mechanical action.etc.

Features:

1. In this heat treatment production line, the furnace lining of quenching and tempering furnace use fiber material, fast heating up,good insulation, more energy conservation;
2. Advanced structure, spare part surface is brightness and no oxidation after the heat treatment, uniform hardness, stable microstructure and small deformation.    
3. In this heat treatment production line, almost all of the operations are performed by hydraulic and mechanical action except the feeding and finished goods transport, high automaticity and efficiency, saving the labor.
4. The heater of quenching and tempering furnace use electric heating radiant tube, convenience to maintain, when the radiant tube break down during the normal working, it can be replaced at once, no need to stop, ensure the production goes on.
