1. This band sawing machine consists of saw frame, lathe bed, vertical feeding device, vertical pressing device, rotating work table, hydraulic system and cooling system etc.

2. This machine can input workpiece parameter in advance using the touch screen, then the sawing machine will adjust processing automatically based on the parameter; processing information can be real-time displayed and monitored through screen.

3. Saw frame feeding adopts hydraulic servo- proportional valve and encoder which can achieve digitizing feeding, control hydraulic servo-proportional valve through the CNC function, automatically converse the saw blade feeding speed and line cutting speed to balance the loading. This fully exercises the main motor power, but also ensures the safety of saw blade loading.

4. It can reduce or increase cutting speed grade automatically according to the workpiece specifications , material differences.

5. Band saw blade adopts hydraulic tension, saw blade can also maintain the good tension in the fast movement,and extended blade life, the user can adjust the pressure according to section size; and there  are also saw blade fracture detection device, if the machine appears circumstances or trouble, it will sense automatically then stop working.

6. The machine can rotate from 0°- 45°: the workpiece does not move but turn the machine, then can complete chamfer cut at any angle between 0 ° ~ 45 °. During work table rotating, the magnetic scale realize real-time detects angle degree, when reaches the setted value then stops rotating. Then braked by braking device to ensure the angle accuracy.

7. The user can choose roller feeding type or trolley conveyor feeding according to requirements.
