Solid liquid homogeneous emulsion pump use the intaking device in the principal axis doing  high speed movement in the narrow passage ,And the vacuum will sucked the light solid materials into homogenizer working cavity and mix them with liquid. Commonly,it was set in the outlet of the domain cans of reaction kettle,when the liquid flow into the homogenizer,it carry through high speed mixing homogeneous with the solid material,make the solid material to be mixed on time, response, depolymerization, dissolved, homogenization and other new technology process, completely avoid the solid - liquid raw material loss caused by the dust float in the sky and the problem of environment pollution in the traditional process. Besides,powder at the homogenizer cavity is completely mixing wet after homogenization and emulsifying,and send out the pump body in liquid form,the structural viscosity and thixotropic properties will not have a negative effect ,because the strong shear force in the process of homogenizing make powder dispersed into the liquid level, and  with the changing of shear strength ,the emulsion viscosity here also has been reduced to the lowest point.
