Main principles of Fleck asphalt colloid mill 
Fleck asphalt colloid mill can, in the form of a screw conveying, homogeneously mix the material of solid particles or liquid group that has not yet been mixed.  After entering the second shearing zone, fluid material with large particles will be carried by coarse serrated knife slot with cone into the high-speed shearing area. Under the high-speed centrifugal force of the rotor, large particles of fluid will be thrown out of the groove, being sheared, crushed and finally mixed by the stator tooth. 

Due to the fluid pressure, it will be pressed into the colloid grinding area. Because the grinding area has smaller gap, shorter pitch, double teeth and improved frequency of shearing, particles in the fluid go through high-speed shearing and crushing and grinding and then enter homogenizing zone after refining. The Fleck FLK-- D type asphalt colloid mill, in a leading position of the industry, has put more advanced idea into the advanced equipment and has the homogenizing knife with cone installed in the extension of colloid mill, so the stator of the linear velocity is longer and homogeneous micro emulsification effect is better.
