Thick Rigid Laminate (G11/FR5)
Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheets are made of alkali-free E-glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resins by processing under heat and pressure.

Applications:
Very convenient for equipment on high frequencies and generally for all elements having to bear strong dynamic stresses with good resistance to fatigue. Can be used at fairly high temperatures ( more than 155 degree )

Characteristics:
- Very low hygrometric susceptibility
- Workable while cold up to 3mm. Thickness
- Good dielectric properties
- Excellent mechanical properties when cold
- Small losses at high frequency
- Very good resistance to the formation of conductive prints
- Fewer losses of mechanical properties than the type 3240 when work at 155 degree
