A. Features of PET granulating machine :

1. twin screw extruder.

2. This machine can carry out ideal viscosity of PET without complicated precrystallization dryer system.Only a bit IV will be reduced

3.  It can improve IV in the condition of adding some suitable additive.

 

Note:Not food grade

 

B. Applications of PET granulating machine: 

 

Applicable plastic materials: PET flakes

Material types: crushed pet flakes, washed PET bottle flakes

Cutting system: water-cooling strand pulls cutting system

 

C. Working procedure

 

PET flakes→spiral charger→feeder→twin screw extruder →PET vacuum system→hydraulic screen changer  →pelletizing system →air transmission →silo storage
