B. Applications fields of plastic compounding line for pp pe+CaCO3 compounding extruder and granulator: 

Our parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder specially designed for filler modified resin which have excellent mixing performance,good self-cleaning performance and flexible modular configuration characteristivs which make them suitable for processing different types of material.

 

This screw of the co-rotation twin-screw exturder are composed of multi-sections. The raw material obtain optimization of compounding after undertaking high speed, high torque, compounding in the barrels, fixed feeding system, it can input glass fibers, additives,high density master batch etc.

 

Note: depending on different material properties, various downstream equipments are needed.

E.Loading the container

 

In order to insure the machine can safely arrived to customer's destination without damage so we do the following steps

 

film packing&wood packing→ forklift (truck)→load into the container → fix → seal the container
