Product Description

Staphylococcus aureus which exists widely in the national world can produce key food borne pathogenic bacterium which belongs to staphylococcus. Food toxic accidents those caused by staphylococcus aureus have become public sanitary problems in the world.

 

Staphylococcus aureus rapid detecting card which is based on double antibody sandwich method colloidal gold chromatography technique consists of monoclonal antibody of which the protein is marked aiming at staphylococcus aureus and another antibody which is wrapped on the NC membrane. It can detect staphylococcus aureus in quick-freeze food and frozen meat within 30mins. And it can detect staphylococcus aureus in other food with 6-12hours. It is easy to use and highly improve the ability of rapidly detecting pathogenic bacterium in food for Food Sanitary Supervision Inspection System .

 

1. Applicable scope

1.1 It is suitable for the detection of staphylococcus aureus in quick-freeze rice made food and frozen meat.

1.2 It is also suitable for the detection of staphylococcus aureus in each kind of food and material.

 

2. Configuration :

Staphylococcus aureus rapid detecting card, 20×lysate , bacterium enhancer.

 

3. Using method

3.1 The detection of staphylococcus aureus in quick-freeze rice made food and frozen meat.

3.1.1 Dilute the 20×lysate with sterile pure water by 20times.

3.1.2 Put 25g sample into sampling cup in which there is 50ml lysate to form homogenate.

3.1.3 Take one pcs of staphylococcus aureus rapid detecting card from aluminum foil bag , and drip 80 µl detected liquid into sampling hole . Stand for 15mins and then judge the result.

 

3.2 The detection of staphylococcus aureus in other kind of food and material

3.2.1 Preparing bacteria enhancer liquid:

Take one package of bacteria enhancer ,and dissolve it with 50ml sterile pure water.

3.2.2 Sample treatment :

Put 25ml/g sample into sampling cup in which there is 225ml sterile saline to make 1:10 sample solution.

3.2.3 Inoculation and culture :

Suck 4ml bacteria enhancer liquid into test tube , and inoculate 1ml sample homogenate under aseptic condition, then culture them in the 37 incubator for 6h. If possible, place them in the incubator which has shaking function, and set the speed of shaking 250r/min.

3.2.4 Treatment after bacteria enhancing :

Add 0.25ml 20times lysate into sample homogenate in which the bacterium are enhanced.

3.2.5  Take one pcs of staphylococcus aureus rapid detecting card from aluminum foil bag ,and drip 80µl detected liquid into sampling hole. Stand for 15mins and then judge the result.

 

4. Result

4.1 Positive result : It is positive result that Line C shows color, and Line T is obvious, No matter whether the color of Line T is light or dark. And it means that the concentration of staphylococcus aureus in the detected sample doesn’t meet the requirement of GB12951-2011 and it is unqualified.

4.2 Negative result : It is negative result that Line C shows color, and Line T doesn’t show color. And it means the concentration of staphylococcus aureus in the detected sample meets the GB12951-2011 requirement and it is qualified.

4.3 Invalid result : It is invalid result that Line C doesn’t show color no mater whether Line T shows color. And it needs to be detected again.

 

5. Product performance :

The lowest detecting limit is 103cfu/ml. It doesn’t have cross reaction with some common pathogenic bacterium such as salmonella , Escherichia coliform, Escherichia coliform O157, enterobacter sakazakii, vibrio parahaemolyticus, bacillus cereus, etc.

 

6. Storage condition

Keep them at room temperature in sealed and dried condition. And the expiration time is one year.

 

7. Matters need attention

7.1 This detecting card should be used for once within retention period.

7.2 Recover the detecting card and detected sample to room temperature.

7.3 Don’t touch the surface of white membrane in the middle of detecting card.

7.4 This is rapid detecting method, any doubtful or positive result should be using international method to get further confirmation.
